We recently had a leak from our upstairs bathroom, which required the half of the dining room ceiling to be cut out and replaced, as well as the bathroom vanity and bathroom floor. Since this was our first time submitting a claim through our homeowners, we had no clue what we were doing. Our claims adjuster was "green" which unfortunately left us frustrated and questioning whether we made the right decision.
